Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan is the second Star Trek movie, coming three years after Star Trek: The Motion Picture.

Kirk, Spock and the rest of the crew on the spaceship Enterprise meet Khan, a superman and the result of genetic engineering from the end of the 20th century. Khan was a villain who appeared in an episode of the series Star Trek, and who after that has been in exile for 15 years on a planet far away. He is avenged on Kirk who sent him into exile. And when a spaceship, unaware that he is present, lands on his planet, he gets a way out.

There will also be a battle between Khan's intellect and Kirk's experience that governs the film. Both Kirk's life and possibly all other lives are at stake. The battle is also about gaining control of Genesis, a bomb designed to create life out of nothing, possibly taking the life of everything in an area of space and creating something new.

This time watching it was a rewatching of Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan. As far as I can remember, the film was better the first time, and even though it is still good, it is not a film that excels. It's mostly because of the characters and the universe that I'm interested. The excitement is not the greatest, and is probably the reason why I do not get engrossed.
